From the Mixed-up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler

Boy do reading books give cathartic release.

Saving this space to remind myself about what I want to read again after promos. I’ve read this countless times as a young kid, and I really love the way the book’s conceptualized. It’s a children’s book set in New York, following the adventures of a pair siblings who run away from home to live in a museum. Incongruous or not, I love (and when I say that I really mean it) museums, especially history ones.

If I’m not wrong this one’s the exact edition I found in the school library. (Fairfield’s library with the beanbags and ipods and little trickling waterfall outside was where I found my attachment to books)
